There's people actually delivering to clients and being told there is not enough money, or told they are paid market rates, when in reality DXC pay 20%+ more when recruiting people from outside.

Something fishy going on here, you can't pay someone that much for a very limited amount of work and of poor quality that the CEO openly comments on in a earnings call.

Salvino put her on $5 million, totally wrong vastly over paid to a friend who has never achieved. Since then even her Chief Marketing Role has been taken over by Cumhere. (Those bad deals with Manchester United and the F1 team has cost DXC dearly without any benefit)
Realistically she should be on no more than $250 000 for a lead HR admin role. Even that is a lot for sending out a reminder email for appraisals and filling out a employee survey feedback.
You never hear back from her, the survey results or actions are never shared or acted upon.
The shareholders should be onto Raul to sort out these legacy Salvino overpay issues.
Salvino did say they wouldn't be able to get rid of his Finchy, he obviously knows more of why.
