Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

This forum should be informative but instead there are so many folks complaining about jobs being moved offshore. If you don’t like it then work for another company or make yourself invaluable. Use your brains !! Elevance is a business, not your friend. If they keep all the jobs onshore with inflation we won’t be competitive in the market and the company tanks. Sending jobs offshore helps keep the rest of us employed. And if your doing a job that you think will be sent offshore then take advantage of Tuition reimbursement and go back to school or learn a new field or skill. Make yourself invaluable.
