Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Retail changes

I heard that retail leadership might be changing to experience, store-in-store, and neighborhood. Has anyone else heard this rumor?

I agree that dedicated management would be a good thing.

Retail is already organized by Experience, Neighborhood, and Store in Store. That’s nothing new. The only thing that would be new is dedicating management that way. That would actually be good in many ways.

Job growth? HAHAHAHAHAHA

Mikey sees layoffs as cost reduction so he can further enrich himself.

Yes expected to be 3 separate org paths all with their own respective VP and teams.

Also rumored to be resetting back to RISM, TM and DDM roles.

In theory this should be a positive thing and create a lot of job and growth opportunities
