Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Morale still low

This company is not boosting morale at all. In fact, they feel outright hostile with their workforce. Does anyone feel like it's getting better or that they are taking any meaningful steps to look like more than a profit-only focused company?

Payments business line will cease to exist and will become part of consumer banking. Elavon will be sold, it is a low margin chop shop anyways. The good people from Minneapolis and Fargo and Idaho and Missouri who made up the heart of RPS for so long will go they way of some Wells Fargo or Bank of America hack in Charlotte who was let go, severanced, etc. at their former bank.

AC has tanked the company but he don’t care. Take that golden parachute to the beach and laugh all the way!

Morale is gone as people have realized the catastrophic mess that the current leadership has inflicted on their revenue business lines and the non competitive position every business line must travel in with other banks running circles around the pathetic bush league initiatives forced by current leadership. U.S. Bank is not growing anywhere near the same growth rates achieved by its peer banks, so U.S. Bank resorts to moving its critical banking and payment functions overseas, eliminating their best and most experienced talent, to post a number, without regard to the long term consequences of what they have done.

It is a nightmare, only getting worse. If you think it is bad now, wait until 2025.

All I’ve seen is more micromanaging the last 6 months. I’ll be deleting the next TTUS survey no point in taking it when nothing changes.

People are downvoting the "Indian took over" comment and should realize something. She is having cease and desist orders sent to this website if her name is even mentioned. Go ahead and try starting a threat with her name. The Brazilian Oompa Loompa in HR will have legal shut the thread down. They have fragile egos.

No! MN Plaza building is crumbling literally parts of building falling off. Someone could have been badly injured or ki-led but they still force you to go into the building. Gross mismanagement.
