8/22 RIF...Fact or Speculation

Does anyone have this information? I read so many posts and threads on this, but still unsure if fact or speculation? Anyone our there in the know. Thanks

I trained a Legato team over a year ago for RBM after they had already been originally trained in another specialty solution. Employees already here weren’t even given the opportunity to train for it. This has been planned for a long time. Now only jobs available online is for Carelon Global ( Philippines, India and Ireland)Anything within the states mostly requires a degree or not worth the pay.

So far everything that has been said about the RIF's this month has come true. They did indeed RIF people 8/7, 8/8, 8/9, 8/12 as one person claimed would happen. So if 8/22 is probably true. Maybe we should end every meeting with "may the odds be ever in your favor", because it fits.

I don't have any inside info as to whether 8/22 is another RIF date but it is the last non payday Thursday to let people go before the start of Q4 which is relevant to bonus eligibility. So my guess is that there will be some amount of RIF but not like last week. Less than last week which was a big one

After the townhall I attended today, they made it sound like they're in some seriously bad financial situation. the new catch phrase "we need to optimize our business".
I think we're all going to be replaced with an offshore worker, and we'll just have a shell corporation on shore in Indiana.
