What does it say about Fidelity if I'm excited when I hear there will be more layoffs instead of being petrified that I might lose my job? Nothing good, that's for sure. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Things are so bad that layoffs are now a better option to continuing to work here.

There is not about to be a VBO.
Are you all aware that it’s only for folks whose age and years of service add to 70? When it happens, it is not for junior talent.
There are shortly going to be some layoffs.
Sounds like someone does t get work. There is a reason they pay us. I would tell you to grow up before you sc--w up any chance you have in life but don't think you will listen.
I was in the office. A bigwig came out of a meeting fast and dropped a piece of paper.
I don't read upside down very well, but I saw big letters that said O8^. Then, I thought, did it really say VBO but upside down?
The bigwig picked up the paper fast and looked at me like I saw something important.
Who said anything about a severance or a VBO? Get real, that luxury is over. You will get nada, zilch, zero, zip! Are you still up for the layoff now?

According to Fid Central this is the best place in the world to be. To be in the office, seeing middle management do-nothings walk around judging actual client facing reps who are beyond burnt out is the best someone can hope for! Best company ever. (Praying for VBO next year)
But Glassdoor says it's a top place to work.....
I’m excited too. I’ve made sure to leave plenty of Easter eggs for my replacement before I leave ;)
