HIH interviews are in full swing, so they are cleaning house to make room for our less experienced, less understandable new coworkers who will have all night to mess stuff up before you come in for the morning. If you get laid off consider it a blessing in disguise. This time next year upper leadership will be figuring out how to fix the mess HIH will create.
My mgr has pretty much ghosted me except to ask the status of critical projects.

Team meeting had a lot of tension coming from the PM today..seemed like something was up.
Whether or not they go hard after noncompliant FOW inmates will be interesting.
I don’t think they are required to do a pip for FOW compliance.
Last layoffs before their forced to pay out bonuses. I wonder if they’re going to start with people that have not been complying with RTO. Anyone on PIP?
