Did anyone whom is still with the company get MANDATORY EXAM in their email? They want to "Test what we know". I wonder if this is some game to determine who to let go in the next. I'm kind of paranoid now.

If we could trust this company, I'd say it's a skills assessment to figure out what training to enroll you in for job development. Since we can't trust them, I think it's a skills assessment to see if they can move you around to other positions or RID you as they see fit. Get your resume up to date and take some training for free while you can. Be ready.
If it’s a legit email. I would suggest to communicate to your manager and get more clarity. There is a difference between mandatory exam and training /certificate.
Report as suspicious email and move on. If you need to do something, they'll find you.
It's a real email that was sent directly from my manager and my team was tagged in the email. It's some kind of knowledge test but, I'm afraid to take it because, what does failing the test do? My team just got hired recently. We were barely trained. And a lot of the team has already been laid off as of 8/8! I'm just scared because, why are we getting required tests!??
Report it as spam, Son!!!
Sounds like a phishing test.
