When were they useful? Im not in your business area as we havent had ours yet this month but I have been at Anthem for over a decade and they have all been useless.
town halls at EVERY corporation are useless. i've been in financial services and healthcare my entire career. each meeting was absolutely pointless. i can read the prospectus if i want to hear about financials and how great gail is making $ for herself and board members.
Oh go to he-l with your volunteering bullsh!t. I need to get a 2nd job just to put food on the table.
