How repulsive to hear the lack of Empathy or genuine words. The fake smiles…all repulsive.
And interesting that they didn’t allow any questions today.

Glad this company can make a 14% YOY instead of a 13% so I can literally skip meals because the pay is so atrocious
Take it from someone who has worked at the company for a long time. If you give your management good ideas, they just report the ideas upstream as their own ideas and you will get 'zero' credit. They will su-k you dry to advance their own careers and leave you in the dust to rot working years with no advancement. A bunch of parasites...!!!
The questions in town halls sound scripted.

That sounds like a desperate bunch of leaders. I have lots of ideas for them. And as a highly paid consultant I'm happy to share.
These people (SLT and their lackeys) have the empathy level of reptiles. They only care about when their own stocks will vest and absolutely nothing else. They want to see the stock price get as high as possible and then sell and then take off on a yacht to a private island. They do not care if you the employees are overwhelmed or about obvious inefficiencies or if you are worried about paying your mortgage or rent or medication or anything about you. They do not care if you stay or leave. They want to show for the fourth quarter that they have cut costs. Which will help the stock price so they can sell the stock for their own personal benefit. Absolutely nothing else matters to the people running this s#$tb#g company.
They want our ideas but don't us give us credit on the documentation once processes are updated. Don't give you extra QIP for coming up with solutions. Too many managers and directors taking up space with no raises for the people at the bottom.

I did not attend the call due to PTO and this may be a stupid question. Were there any comments about more RIFs for Medicare/Medicaid?
If you needed more confirmation that additional RIFs are incoming this was it. Sounds like a restructure/possible combination of orgs within this umbrella is how I took it.
Whenever an employer wants you to “come up with new ideas” or “think outside the box” what they’re really saying is “we don’t know what to tell you to do”.
