It is always important to watch the news and press about the company you work for, especially in these times. Elevance got a bad rating and wen into a petty legal battle with the government over the low rating that they received.

Instead of just clocking into work, it's important to know what is going on with the company you work for and do research, if you can. We lost Kentucky Medicaid contract, which was one of our biggest contracts. Several states have been losing Medicaid members.

What was Felicia’s response about the RIF question??? Unfortunately, many of us were on another cringe and fake TH. None of them that spoke in the HS TH even sounded like they believed their own words. And then the blonde lady pushing for volunteerism so SHE can get her big bonus while knowing all the people she approved to axe.
I was RIF’d last Thursday. I’m so glad anthem ripped the bandaid off… no more fear mongering, lies nor fake management!

They are pushing open enrollment and STARs. I can see cuts for Medicare side if those numbers aren’t met. I mean they are pushing hard!
C’mon folks. You have to stay resilient and positive. They are done with sensitivity. Must be nice when you are sitting on millions in stock and are living paycheck to paycheck.

Health Solutions Town Hall going on at the same time?
I feel that this town hall is so poorly timed with everything going on. I literally don't know anybody who's feeling optimistic about this health plan.
