They can’t process claims & there’s tons of provider abrasion because the management has no clue what they are doing. They throw hundreds of claims at 1 department that is supposed to know everything with no direction. They have billing & coding reviews being done by nurses with no coding background. They have the same nurses doing genetic testing reviews that have no clue what they are doing. They are expected to figure it out & then they wonder why we get turned into CMS & have to reprocess thousands of claims & pay providers tens of thousands of dollars. Seems obvious what the problems are to me.
"AI" blah blah blah:
6 months ago: no one is to use Chat GPT or any type of AI.
3 months later: everyone must use AI.
(Why is everyone so giddy about this? It's creepy, NWO-ish, and we are literally training our replacements).
