PSMS is the biggest pile of horse manure I have ever seen, so convoluted , over complex and downgrade safety. This is stated as a new safety program but in reality, it’s moving more work to the field and reducing safety headcount. Pure headcount reduction.
Funniest sh-t I heard from an operator - “PSMS- where we only care about safety once a month”. LMAOooo!
But seriously, is it me, or is the punchline that they just want us to not die? Feels like the pendulum swing too far back.

Don’t worry, nobody actually doing PSMS work believes anything somebody in a starched FRC with a Lilly white hard hat says anyways.
