Who is running HR?

Who is running HR these days? When does the new head get here? I bet heads will rile when she does!

HR is a huge mess right now. Lots of infighting between departments until the new boss shows up in August. HRBPs are being completely inconsistent in how they implement the HR strategy, if they're bothering to at all. I've never seen anything like it in my career and I decided to get a new job before August because I think it'll only get worse before it gets better. Writing is on the wall for layoffs in HR at end of the year anyway. Last day at Met is next week🙏

More layoffs. HR layoffs. More tokens. What has HR done for you lately? Hiring, layoffs, benefits all outsourced and off shored.

The deep fake HR? Or offshored GOSC HR?

I take it you meant heads would roll?

It's hard to say.

The force is not strong with DEI.

Microsoft pulled the plug on their DEI team: https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/news/microsoft-shuts-down-diversity-equality-and-inclusion-dei-team/ar-BB1q9CZ9

Right now, a team in MetLife is busy contemplating who to s*u-k up to after presidential election. After seeing Microsoft and others, it might dawn on ML that DEI was a waste of money. If so, they'll have lots of things to walk back. Or pretend they never said. Probably means a new CEO.
