Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Bank Town Hall

What were people’s thoughts on the Bank Town Hall? Although he wasn’t as funny as Paul V, I thought he did a good job. Just a little depressing to think that things could get worse before they get better.

More like Mike the Morŏn. They got the comment about his bar frequency at The 'Rim'. Don't worry USAA cronies, it was screenshotted and posted on reddit.

Listen, every one of these Bank town halls in the last 4 years has said the same exact thing. We still have the same problems, just a different leader saying it.
Broken record, blah blah blah.
How exactly can we have a fully approved plan that by mid year is already known to be over $60 million short. How did that plan get approved. This is not on the workforce, although they will suffer. This is on Executive Management.

A clueless interim president and a board chair.

How can you tell bank employees that we are financially doing well by showing green when we are running in deficit??? Realized losses from credit (credit loss) hurt the pretax income Michael touts every chance he gets. Can’t believe this is the best guy for the interim job.

Trash. Total gaslighting about why the employee sentiment score keeps dropping. Nonstop talk on culture, completely ignoring things that mattered.

The slack gave a better indicator of Bank health than the Town Hall
