Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC is a Harvard Business School case study

How to take the second oldest computer software and services company, in the world, and run it into the ground

And buy EDS at a fire sale, sell off 25% of business which was the Navy contract only, that wasn't renewed anyway

That guy doesn't know what he's talking about, when you look at the Platinum accounts today, the top 300 accounts, 200 of them are CSC not EDS

I get that these guys are proud that they worked for EDS but EDS was a disaster from the late 80s

Mikey never needed to buy EDS it was a fire sale, should have let EDS go to IBM, EDS brought nothing to the table and 25% of business was Navy contract that was spun off, look at the top Platinum clients today, 80% of them are CSC clients

41 layers of management is crazy, everybody was a manager at EDS nobody was doing any work

It doesn't matter if its CSC EdS dxc HP or any other name.

If you have useless leaders at the top you are doomed. Chris Torrance blasted the useless Brocks plans which he had been working on for months in minutes. If it takes a college leaver to beat a leader who is on 4 times and his salary and producing garbage it shows there are many incompetent leaders in this company that need replacing urgently.

It was HP that couldn't get to grips with EDS. Then when HP admitted defeat the even more incompetent CSC thought they were on to a winner through the merger.
