I know posts here are towards the negativity of the company, but I have to say the few contacts I've had to make , HR , Customer service, COBRA, RMSA divisions have all had super nice , local knowledgeable , and polite people. One person called me back. So I want to say thank you to the people out there I've talked to, it's definitely helps those on the outside.. blessings to you all.

Really? Mine have been the exact opposite. It feels like the coke recipe where people only have parts of the information. I was told two things during the process that they later reversed and both materially impacted me.
Same situation here and yes I agree.
