3 layoffs in 3 years under global ta leader who happens to have a long standing relationship to CHRO. Weak leadership on display. global ta leader avoids conflict and has assembled a sub par group of director level leaders. This is not surprising.
Well it makes sense. The useless people who are called managers have successfully been saved by their buddies so no need to hire more. Also given the lack of quality in our leaders/ managers , it seems these executive recruiters failed miserably in their jobs.
Not a shock. When hiring slows in general recruiters and TA are usually impacted. Hoping for the best for those folks.
