No one will lose their jobs over it.
Are we made to be that scared to voice our opinion the only chance we get 2x a year to do so at all?

I have kit up many a survey and am still here. They won’t fire you over a pulse survey.

Yeah, this is better. Gripe here, it stays here, rinse, repeat, wallow in misery with each other.
Or put your money where your mouth is. Quit being so afraid. You need to be different from all the leaders you complain about who are too afraid to do anything to change anything. Take the damn survey and make it count.

Be very careful. Results are anonymous, but they are rolled up by department / manager and pretty easy to figure out who the sour grapes are.

Every year more and more checked out people skip survey. Then they report everything is great based on who took the survey. Don’t skip the survey even if you feel like no one cares or listens. Every little whisper can become a deafening sound when enough of us speak up.

I normally would not say anything, but the way they've handled the lay offs, no profit sharing in nm, removing wfh exemptions, and the impact on the work environment leaves me no choice. Sure its probably a waste of time, cause they've have not listened up to this point.

They claim they want the feedback, but don't care to act on the feedback. I don't know why they bother. Another way to keep destroying morale.
