0458 Crabtree's main building is a 3 level store. By end of day yesterday both of the elevators were shut down, and the escalators only would get you as far as the 2nd floor. There were signs on the elevators instructing customers and employees to take the back stairs to exit. Not sure what would have happened had someone been in a wheelchair. These are not isolated incidents. Are the store funds really that low?
