never even heard of this company. It's not blue Cross and blue shield. It's a white organization trying to pander to minorities with African American "leaders". I can't afford my meds and they don't care. I can't afford parking and they don't care. They don't want your opinion or feelings. You just shut up and work your made up job. Meaningless scam and pool of incompetent losers. A complete rip off. I'm looking for another job in the suburbs.

My experience with HCSC has been overshadowed by troubling instances of racism, particularly in how managers communicate with employees of color. It is disheartening to observe that white "leaders" consistently fail to engage meaningfully with non-white employees, perpetuating an environment where inclusivity and respect are sorely lacking. It's almost as if it hurts white leaders to speak to their teams. There seems to be a noticeable pattern of dismissiveness and indifference towards concerns raised by employees of color.

Try your luck with United Health, Aetna, or Cigna... You'll be back. BCBS groups isn't the best... especially HCSC (that's Kaiser, if you happen to be lucky to have it in your area) but for sure HCSC sure ain't the worst.
