Molina healthcare currently has two region in Florida; region 8 and 11. I was recently informed that they only get to keep region 11 which is a heavy populated (Miami) area and they will lose region 8. Region 8 staff better get prepared for a layoff!

13 years and that has never been my experience. The people laid off (at least recently) in FL were 80% folks who weren't doing their jobs anyway. Glad you found somewhere you enjoy more.
That’s hilarious! Molina managers and ceo isn’t smart enough to “repurpose” staff! The lay off and then hire temps for the shortage they created!
I was laid off in December for one their first rounds then was called by a recruiter Jan for the same job I was doing but in another state. Pay $14 hour more as a temp. They r d-mb.
This is inaccurate. Membership in region 11 is almost doubling. There's no reason to think that region 8 staff specifically would be immensely impacted. It's more accurate to assume people will be repurposed or shuffled as they'll definitely need more staff to handle 11.
