Anyone else receive their productivity for the month and feel the numbers are way off/incorrect? I went from exceeds/meets to all of a sudden partially meets. Makes no sense. Is this a way of managers fudging the numbers to find a reason to put you on the RIF list? Anyone else?

I know for a fact our productivity was incorrect due to miscalculations, not accurate numbers, and work we do thats not being accounted for. We were told we aren't getting the past ones corrected either. Just stay on top of your own numbers and point them out when they are wrong.

if you don’t know what it is then it doesn’t apply to you.
No, they don’t need to find a reason to put you on the RIF list. The managers don’t decide who’s on the list, HR does.
My teams metrics have not changed. We do get a monthly email with our metrics & audit scores from our manager. Our manager has made a bunch of changes to make it look like we do more medical necessity reviews than billing & coding in fear of losing work to other departments. I don’t think it’s for us, I think it’s trying to preserve her own job. We should not be doing billing & coding reviews period. We are not coders. We are nurses & should be doing all medical necessity reviews. Nothing surprises me anymore here. It’s a terrible place to work.
There was a new grading system. It was widely communicated.
Managers are fudging them to look better in most cases. (they don’t want directors to cut their team, they don’t want to fire people, they don’t want it to reflect badly on them). Plus the managers don’t have to show bad production to put your name on the list.
can you please elaborate? What do you mean by receiving productivity every month? Is that a new system that Elevance has introduced? I have never heard about it. Please enlighten.
Should be everyone..the developed a new system of calculation
