How’s it going? Think a lot of us hear next week? For those on second cycle think we know it’ll su-k if we didn’t have our photo in the LCS ads (no other way to separate the fake work). Good luck - but for over half it probably will be soul crushing.

If it was up to people like @1hgy we’d be a kerosene-only company still. He-l he’d probably be mad as helI that we moved away from whale oil. And I bet he complains loudly about why he’s not part of “the management country club” and blames it on management and not his complete lack of future vision.

Don't worry, redeployment is starting from other functions that are being replaced by BTC, so that'll put some new 'heritage other section low performers' into the pool to artificially inflate the ranking of the faithful in LCS........
Since LCS has had a special ranking distribution until this year it is about time you experience the he-l the rest of us have been living.
