It's an eyewash with pre selected people being targeted while running a sham of a consultation process. There is a excel sheet that managers have been told what to fill with for performance evaluations. And there are unique roles they called out - which they created a few months back with and intent to get rid of older folks.
Hope the weak board has the courage to fire a non performing CEO quickly before the organization is destroyed

UK & EU follow constitution policies meaning the 20% of the MF UK workforce that will be fired start finding out 6 weeks after it was first announced, June 1.
It will be quietly completed this month for those impacted, last day end of August on gardening leave.
Must not be many in UK or EU. I haven't heard of anyone in these regions getting notices yet.
