Well, it's 7/12 and haven't heard anything. Who is still here? How do you feel now about the leadership? Looking forward to Sir Witty's next cozy Fireside Chat? In the Michigan region its just become pathetic. Leadership is about as useful as a wet blanket that's been dragged through dust. All of us, with exception of NCMs and APPs are superfluous. You ever hear of those stories when families move and leave the loyal dog behind? That's Optum. That's ALL of Optum, including the manager you report to. You're just a dog, the family has moved and you have been left behind. The family left a bowl of water and some kibble but get ready to scrounge. Thanks to all the kind words from those in leadership. It's been really meaningful.

Fireside chat just happens to coincide with the first letters going out for the breach on 7/20 and it’s like huge. One in three Americans , plus apparently there is not only emails, but banking , social security, diagnosis codes including office reporting info on patients not seen in years.
LOL the town halls!!! The constant emails with people’s puppy pictures!!! The emails about “community!!!!” UHC and OPTUM are the worst snake oil salesmen I have ever seen!!! Will wait for the Layoff and not be surprised when it happens.
