My work is about to double at least and I highly doubt we'll get any kind of compensation for that. I don't want to minimize what happened to people, but at least those who were laid off got severance. That's something. We'll get more work for nothing. I hardly feel like I "won" by still being here.

I'm grateful I was part of the layoffs last round. Working 12+ hours daily, in a salary based position for the past year took a toll. Unethical practices and incompetent leadership, AMN has changed. I was once proud to be part of this company, now I'm happy with my severance and my life back!!!!
I was just laid off by AMN, I received 1 week of severance foe each year of service and benefits ended on7/12/24.
They did 1 week of severance for every year worked in clinician contracts. Despicable. Years of loyalty and only a month’s pay.
Directors in recruitment were offered 6 months severance, I don’t know how much anyone else was offered.
Severance based on tenure? I heard 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 10 weeks etc? Can anyone confirm?
But facts, everyone who survived this round. Congrats you now have double your workload and triple if Radiant is working in your department. You’ll be cleaning up their mistakes and anything that they touch. Their communication skills are lacking. If AMN thinks that Radiant is the answer. It’s not, they’re completely incompetent without directly being told what to do for everything that they do, everytime they do it. Radiant was a bad move. Cheap labor sure, but bad move for AMN.
If you’re not looking for something else you should be, it’s just a matter of time the regional office is Dhaka cause rent is cheaper there.
