I think the angry people are the minority. I don't care how many of our vacation days they take away, its worth it to work at one of the worlds most ethical companies!!!

The angry people are a minority? That is doubtful. The minority might not be speaking out, but I highly doubt the minority doesn't feel there is something happening. The minority doesn't feel that the comment from HR to make the change sound like a win was a slap in the face.
