Does anyone know who handles customer service for Barbie and Hot Wheels collectible brands these days?

There is absolutely no customer service at Mattel. Absolutely no service at all unless you mean hand service. A lot of that happens.
There are better subject matter experts regarding Collector Hot Wheels and Barbie on the outside. Books on those subjects are more knowledgeable than anyone inside the company.
A call center in the Philippines. Subject matter experts for sure. Not their fault though, blame on the id--t executive who put it there.
