Does DXC have a union?

Where the heck are they?

Certainly in the UK DXC does not recognise unions. You can of course join one but you’ll be wasting your money, as the company won’t negotiate or consult with them. Instead they have a workers council with elected members.

I'm convinced DXC is a few chapters away from adding a union-busting training course on top of your annual code of conduct curriculum.

@sas+1tsnq9HM This is precisely why you won't be let go. They can continue to cheat you and make your life miserable untill the company fails or they sell your team making it someone else's problem. Sunk cost fallacy.

There is a union in the UK.

Probably not with enough percentage of the work force to enable effective leverage though.

I've not even seen them comment recently on dxc pay though.... Usually too busy ba----g on about their members in other places.

There is such a thing as severance pay. After putting up with being lied to and basically cheated, I’m not leaving without anything.

Instead I choose quiet quitting! #Fu-k DXC

NOT in the US or UK. But you don't need a Union, if you don't like the way DXC is treating you then find a new employer. If you can't find a better paying job and one that actually gives merit pay increases when you exceed or meet your goals , then stop being a baby and do the job your being paid for
