I work with some of these disgruntled people. They are really dragging the team spirit down.

Interviewers identify people with bad attitude like you, in less than one minute. If you even get an interview. Bet you have done the same thing for 20 years, and show no progression, and skills development.

Somehow the director and MD levels at Schwab are more important than people that actually do work. How has Schwab allowed do nothing, accomplish nothing people to rule the company for so long? In 20 years, almost nothing important has changed. Everyone is replaceable execpt people like Tim, Simon, and Chuck Padgurskis types. If others are reading it, then tools are also scrapping it.
Schwab and other banks have tools, to identify leaks, rumors other thing which impacts market and money can generated based on sentiment.
Those same tools can also read sentiment of current and former employees and understand what is going on take decision or investigate a bit to see why things are happening, that is know OSINT .

Unfortunately, some losers unsatisfied with their life come here to vent their frustration, instead of going to a shrink. They do not want to take responsibility of their life, but bad mouth and gossip about specific individuals, that they blame for their self inflicted misery.
