I don’t need fairy tales and soft words that will put me to sleep. I want a pay raise, competent management and respect for employees. We grownups or what??

You are children because you have hissy fits about not getting pay raises instead of being a grown-up and changing employers
I don’t care about the UK redundancy, grow a pair and change jobs.

But the company spends billions on stock buybacks and the board and executives still get all their bonuses, stock options and super high salaries
The board , the executives need to stop with the bonuses, stock options and take a pay cut till their is enough money to give merit increases to those who met or exceeded goals for the last 4+ years

The DXC machine suggest I'm paid market rate. That's fair enough maybe I am, so poove it. Because in that case why pay colleagues (recent new hires) 15%-20% more. Play fair! If my additional knowledge has no value, then don't expect me to imparts it. The new hires don't care about DXC. They can move on just as quickly as they came and will most likely do so after 2 no pay rise years. If the company policy is people who stay more than 10 ain't going anywhere so no rise. I think this is going to be the year most snap and say enough is enough. There won't be a DXC by Christmas.
It's not my problem that DXC didn't negotiate price increases.
As the saying goes, F you, pay me.
You can’t have a pay raise if every contract has annual price downs. The US has inflation. It’s just math.
If you don't like how you are being treated, then grow up and look for a new employer. Your paid a salary so do you job, nothing more, nothing less.
