Elevance/Carelon loses another contract - Military OneSource

The contract runs out at the end of October! Those affected do not know who got the contract but have been informed of the loss. I am overwhelmed with feelings. This company is a shell of what it used to be.

All of the good people were fired or quit going back to 3 years. The outdated systems and clueless “leadership” contributed to all of this. Good riddance

It's not bizarre what is going on here. These are wallstreet meat puppets running this mess. They are programmed to do as commanded at any cost. Their lust for money is their weakness. Pay them no mind, they are not worth thinking about. They have failed and will be gone soon.

It is so bizarre that the leadership thinks it is fine to treat employees in an abysmal manner and that there won't be any effect on the business. It is like they forgot or dont care that we are human beings and even if we pretend to believe corporate happy talk, the don't publicly complain -- the constant reorganizing, RIFs, and lack of leadership is clearly taking its toll.

You can thank the recently retired genius who ran CBH who pounded the table until Carelon bid on something they could never win.

They sank about 8 million in IT costs into this only to lose.

LOL
