We lost a lot of high performers in this LR who were, frankly, a backbone of our group. Mgmt is useless, they can’t adjust to a new situation if their life depended upon it. Half the time we are organizing work by ourselves. And we really, really feel the missing colleagues. Where is the point where you lose so many people that you can’t accomplish anything against your best effort?

WE DONT NEED PROCESSES HOW CLUELESS ARE THESE PEOPLE we did so much better with no process and every man doing his work.

Id rather that. I'm in a situation with a new "boss" who micromanages everyone and makes us do a bunch of d-mb busy work which wastes HOURS of our day and have id--tic calls to waste more hours to make himself look busy and justify him staying. So go ahead pay us employees $30-50 bucks an hour to waste company money when we still have our normal work to do. Wish I could find a new job . I've applied so many places and no call yet. I hate it here. Years of tenure for what? Be sh-t on by management.
