AMN will be gutted and sold to its competitors before the end of the decade. AMNs business model will become irrelevant as AI and robotics technology quickly advances in the next few years. The reckoning is coming for everyone.

Carey Grace needs to find a new catch phrase. Saying Game On in emails and meetings is insensitive when announcing that people have been laid off . Those are people’s livelihood being tremendously affected.
We are more than just a number. We were /are dedicated hard working team members. The number of people let go and the longevity they had was unbelievable .
Then terminating medical insurance within 72 hours is also insensitive.
Something needs to change within AMN
What I’m hearing is we are anticipating on more layoffs next quarter. I imagine we’ll see it over the next two to three quarters.
No one is safe. Everyone should be dusting off their resumes, this company does not deserve loyalty.
