It’s not easy to lose a job at any moment in life, especially these days. Hope you all find a new job soon, preferably a better one. Just don’t despair. Moving around from company to company is a new normal, so try to use it for your own advantage. Look for better and ask for better. If you don’t find it, look at it as just a hiccup. You never know what’s around the corner.

Love comment good quality hardworking people and leaders left with captain. Make sure that boat will sink to its kneees like Titanic. But I say this was for evil human Kim Poole director and bad karma from havac she caused when 9.2 deployed. Yes people are stupid to complain because that sh-t was going eventually happen with time.. If you didn't pay attention q1 results , the your d-mb to think like omg I'm deep shock, heart is sadden that yeah Bish your position got eliminated in time. I am one of those people that leaving AMN karma will happen. AMN lost a lot good people for what they have, and now look. The company will eventually go down the drain. So don't be surprised, whine, just prepare to move on financially
The industry downturn, return to office and 9.2 rollout were going to happen either way but the people that could've handled this more humanely and a more personal approach...left with their captain of the ship. Cary Grace can't even speak to her employees on their level.
I don't know why people are surprised about this. The company meeting was pretty clear that the company has been doing sh---y and if you haven't seen their stock, it's dog sh-t. The overall market in general is sh-t but damn Cary Grace sure knows how to run the company to the ground immediately. Layoffs duck on general and there's no perfect way to go about it, but I bet Susan Salka would have done it differently.
