With an average of 80 cases a month, of course our response time is delayed. Of course we don’t have the same quality in our calls. Of course we can’t show the same level of service. Of course we are running on fumes. Of course A LOT of good ER advisors have resigned due to burnout. And of course some of us would like to do the same, but of course we can’t afford to right now. Of course our leadership ignores our cries for help. Our department continues to suffer and we are tired. It’s easy for some to tell us to leave. That’s not a luxury that some of us have.

ER dosent do anything. Any issue brought to ER is swept under the rug. All they do is gaslight employees.
I have to say, that while I assume there are many of you in ER that are good people, ER generally, has been completely TRASH. ER is completely complicit in racism, discrimination and absolutely morrally bankrupt. Everything from allowing those in the BOLD cult to promote trans kids, to harboring minors in their residences, the bullying of christrians and other employees with different viewpoints. When was the last time someone in ER pushed back against the cult "leadership"?? When have you last stuck your necks out for what is actually RIGHT? Maybe it is happening, and none of us have seen it. Otherwise, F ER and your problems. Get a real job.
Must be another Puchot organization.

Thank you for your transparency and honesty.
The beatings will continue until morale improves!
There are many reasons as to why a person does not just up-and-quit their job. People who state that come across as entitled and snooty. Your kids have lifelong friends, you have friends & relatives in the neighborhood, your spouse/partner may not be able to move, etc. So many valid, human reasons. Don't let the snoots get you down! We all know there are many reasons.
