So PTO accrual, PSWD, etc are updated on HR.
A new hire (hire date of 7/1-11/30) is given the full 7 PSWD/WDD for 2024.
So given that veteran EEs have likely all used their 7 days, a new hire can start 2025 in a much better position than seasoned staff.
If I was an employee of less than 5 years, accruing 2 weeks of PTO a year and found THIS out, I would be out the door today.
