I'm not staying here a day longer than I have to and I know for a fact I'm far from the only one who's had it with this place. UKG has shown complete disregard and lack of respect for employees and we have taken note. The company is about to experience a huge brain drain that will have major consequences for its future.

I bailed at the end of May. I have seen this before. It won’t end well.
Journalist XYZ wrote the opposite at the end of January.
I've been on the fence about leaving....not any more. The meetings from Chris and dept leadership have make it clear that UKG has lost all sence of direction. This layoff has kneecapped the company and I just don't see it coming back from this.
Everyone I know already left, it’s people who couldn’t find a better job that are still working at UKG.
I’m sure everyone is looking for a new job. The only people that are gonna stay back are the ones who know they will not be able to find a new one.
