Strategy to make you HC10 leave

It’s part of the HR strategy to make HC10 leave without paying a package to leave. Yes, it’s a very short sighted and frankly horrible and should not be allowed but yeah this is America. They want to make life as miserable as possible including reducing benefits to the bare bare minimum, move as many people to a site based office which will increase their commute, move work to GBC and ask you to train your backfill, not care about safety during hurricanes, have PIPs as a motivational tool and the beatings will continue until morale improves or a major incident happens. When that incident does happen, they will just pay off the fine aka Boeing. They do not care as love the execs get their bonuses. This is America today

@1pav+1trDhUuc Totally correct. American corporate (Toxic) culture is simply being deployed globally to anywhere that isn't cost advantaged (which means can't be taken advantage of).

I can imagine most Europeans, when they leave, will then move to work with European companies.

HC10 is not just America. There's another 9 of us getting exactly the same treatment. This is not America today, it is American corporates today. They are applying the same dysfunctional corporate philosophy just as fully outside of NA.

Hc10 does not only include emhc. There are a lot of hard working people at the work front as well.

Stop whining. Most EMHC jobs can be eliminated because they don’t add any value. Go and find another job!
