Raul will make an announcement on reviews.

Apparently Q1 has been good, but typically Q2 is predicted to be slow.

Perfect excuse for kicking the pay can down the road. I suspect they will say they’ve deferred it to the regions and they will communicate when the opportunity arises.

I hope I’m wrong.

DXC su-ks, and so do the rest of them. We’ve all been around corporate long enough to know it doesn’t need to be this way, but they’ve gotten better at the game. Let’s talk about the great DXC “story” but not include any past history about the two absolute garbage heaps of companies that combined to form them. Same old, same old. We’ve all been played and will continue to be played.

Literally has zero new info to discuss…. Zero…. and has introduced a new set of leaders who are worse than the last. Taking a bunch of IBM rejects does not make you a better company. Why would you leave IBM after years of employment when the stock FINALLY turns??? Because you are so bad they ask you to go… IBM is happy for you to land at DXC. Can’t go to an Accenture or big consulting company with some swagger because they wouldn’t take you. But DXC is a place IBM is ok with because it is a threat to none.

Boycott the town hall, send the message the captain no long has the backing of the crew. Attending is a waste of time and just bugs up their ego.

STOP STOP your not getting merit or cost of living increases , why should they? If they don’t you keep working and stay with the company , if you quit because of they won’t need to pay severance.

This is the playbook. Its used every year.

Amazing the quarter when VP pay is determined is manipulated to remove costs and bill payment into the quarter when employee pay is reviewed.

"Just a coincidence for the last 8 years" or as Mikey said its done that way on purpose.

Ah well they do not want to turn this co around. Dont bother with the town hole, its just waste of time and for the VPs to massage and promote their excuses.

Let see if they are willing to take big cuts like the employees have been doing for years.
