I really want to share how I feel, but I am worried HR will be able to link my answers back to me. Does anyone know?

This most recent blue pulse is not anonymous. It has a dialog box pop up stating this one is linked to your email.
Absolutely they do. They’ll say they don’t try to figure out, but they are human and if you criticize them, they want to know so they can address it - with “good intentions” of course.
Also, I’ve never see any real change from Blue Pulse. I’m sure some genuinely care, but again no real change at the enterprise level that m aware of. Only more strict WFH and less vacation days lol. To be fair though, we can write thank you cards and hand those out

The first thing management does is try to figure out who provided negative feedback. And they won't hesitate to make assumptions.
I think I read somewhere that the People Analytics team under Corp Strategy has access to all of the comments. So, there is that. Proceed with caution. I personally do not think it is worth putting anything there unless it is easy, surface stuff that your manager can fix
Blue Pulse is confidential, meaning if you said something bad enough HCSC could unmask you and deal with what you said. If you didn't say something "bad" then you are unlikely to be unmasked.

Be very careful about what you say. They know the results by person. Once again we need to ask if HCSC leadership actually acting ethically?
Trust HR that it is anonymous? The same people who took PTO away w/o and explanation. That is not who trust.
Any survey that sends you an individual link is not anonymous, no matter how it is presented.
No it is not. After our meeting with supervisor to go over the results, several on my team experienced retaliation. It was obvious.
