I worked for Kronos for several years early in my career. When the financial crisis of 2008 hit, Aaron Ain kept us ALL. We sacrificed our bonuses that year, and they kept every single employee. We were not doing well. Soon after he hired Chris Todd, and Chris was a wonderful man who I met personally on several occasions. I even remember him telling me about the time his children got lice! It's so sad to me to see that what was a wonderful company that I hoped to return to someday has turned into a cold and stark corporation like so many others. I'm just so incredibly sad and sorry to hear about the folks that have been laid off. I'm thankful I haven't succeeded in obtaining another position there as well. The job market is hard right now- but not impossible. I'm just sending so much love and care to you all that were laid off. I know you will all come out of this stronger in the end. Leaving Kronos did make me stronger in the end. To let people go who were there for 20+ year....what a waste and truly heartbreaking.

When Chris Todd's was awarded Aron's job his first task was to lay people off in small little groups so the media wouldn't catch wind of it. I was one of those laid off after being there for 15 years. Looks like Chrissy grew some walnuts and upped his game.
