When is WFR staring in EMEA?

Any news or signs of WFR process going on in EMEA countries? Where will these 250M USD go? For the golden parachutes of top exec, I guess? We plain su-kers will again be left empty handed i guess if we leave this sinking ship, it seems

Can someone ask the question during the townhall how these 250 M$ are being spend. I will not attend as i am boycotting and also having a job interview at the same time. As soon I changed my status to available at LinkedIn the offers started flowing in.

Hey smartpants, we know we are not slaves.

You don't seem to be completely ignorant about labour laws in EMEA, so let me spell it out for you...

In some countries, a WFR programme means 100k+ if not 200K+€ of severance pay for those with long tenure. Even with a 5 years tenure you would get a decent amount. You would not say 'no thank you' to this neither, would you? So, people waiting for a programme are neither d-mb nor dead wood. Those who have no prospect of getting another job are not going to leave anyway.

To answer the original question: In Germany the GM keeps saying that no programme is planned for this year as too many people have been made redundant in the past. But from my experience, this can change within days or a few weeks. People are on the bench and there is no serious new business here.

I agree with the Di you job and get your CV out, you had what 5+ years without a pay increase and you stay ? I was d-mb too stayed too long but got out in 2023, best decision of my career!
