Belk is in trouble for only adjusting employee time cards when it’s in Belk’s favor. Associates missed punches were not corrected when it was in the employee’s favor. For example, missed lunches were corrected, missed clock in, or time clock malfunctions were not corrected when it was in the employees favor. 🤷♀️

If you have proof of time fraud, report to the Labor Bureau in your state
My time click was changed and I changed it right back. If I went over, I went over. You can't tell me I can't get paid for time I worked.
Company is so cheap I am sure they are not sending gift cards.
