Has anyone gotten their payment for the June 30 exit? What was the average deduction percentage?

They're out in NJ .
Ouch which state does your friend live in
It was 2 weeks for the first group. One person had 59% taken out for taxes.
For those that had the end of July verp, does anyone know when they will pay ?
Yes they did offer outplacement services.
@dosa+1tnX94Sf - since this is early "retirement" I doubt they offer placement service? Anyway I was part of the St. Patrick Day Massacre a few years ago. Placement service I was offered back them was ok. I only used the resume service but it was helpful.
Anyone heard anymore on retirement gift? I heard 10-14 days after date we would have info on how to access site. Also heard specific date of 22nd. Others with anniversaries can't access site either.
Or is this another instance of saving $$ by ignoring it?
How is the outplacement service, is it any good?
They took a nice chunk of change out of the pay out.
I received my VERP payment today! Some may get it tomorrow depending on your bank deposit process.
I tried to call HR number on the retirement gift and it doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t ring. It doesn’t go busy. It doesn’t do anything.
Per y email response payout is July 12th.
They told me this Friday is the payout
What if they do not pay. How long are people willing to wait for ? Any Class action lawsuits
Good luck getting a reply on email. I have email on the retirement gift. Sent email last week and not even an acknowledgement. We may need to start calling them constantly
I sent an email regarding payment date and no response yet to be received
Does anyone have any knowledge as to when payment will be issued?
Yeah me too. I’m about to call HR and see if I can get some answers
“As soon as administratively possible” is making me nervous. That is very vague.
Depends on your state income taxes to a degree. Also, 22% withholding may mean you owe at tax time. Check with your CPA or if you’re a nerd like me you’ll pull the tax tables and check the math yourself. I would think 40% would be the right number of overall withholding including payroll and state income taxes. But FICA may not apply in some cases, and your 401k withholding may reduce your gross taxable amount, depending on whether you’ve hit the contribution maximum for the year.
The paperwork stated that 22% would be withheld for federal taxes.
I haven't gotten mine. The agreement says as soon as administratively possible.
