Didn’t even allow questions. Just submitted questions through a form that was “anonymous” but all the questions were pretty pc
My question: You talk a lot about GPTW and the importance of trust as the leading factor. How do we sell trust if we don’t have any? What is the reassurance you’re not going to do this again in September?

The simplest thing is to ask him this question: Are you one of the people being laid off or not ? After all, he is in the same boat, so why shouldn't he be part of the layoffs ?
