Not laid off this time. But I’ve watched competent people being booted as if they are office supplies. How much of an empty shell of a human being do you have to be to need all that money, extracted by destroying people, their dignity and their families? When is enough? 100 million? Billion? No amount of money can stuff the emptiness. We are fools for allowing ourselves to be treated this way, and for allowing for “leaders” to be cherished in our society. They are parasites.

This is how private equity plays the game.
I was lucky and did not get let go. I have to say that I feel guilty and don’t feel good about continuing to do the work for this 2 faced company.
It is heartbreaking I am one of that got booted out last Wednesday and I can't believe it. The loyalty, hardwork the promises from my Managers that this will never happen. He was also laid off. I am a single parent I don't even know where to start.
Employee of over 20 plus years and all we got is an email that you have been laid off. No one thought this through and how this would impact customer support. You have managers that do not know the product managing support teams. I see many resignations in the near future.
Totally agree. Worked there for 4 years. Leaders there are bunch of clowns. No accountability and no conscience.
I fully agree! I started my new job a week before the layoffs happened. I hope you're looking, UKG does not deserve good people.
