I would not recommend anyone start working for UKG. The culture is horrible. They do not listen to their employees.

I recently sat in on a focus group and we haven’t heard a thing since we shared our response.
It is and it’ll continue to be. Right now their only goal is to go public ASAP, sell the stocks at higher price and get out.
