I'm really curious if they expect the rest of us to do everything on our own from now on. I don't think it's possible. Not unless we forget we have families and lives outside of work. I'm not sure who decided how to do this, but they have sc--wed up in a major way. I see many people quitting after they realize what's now expected of them.

Say “no” a lot. Don’t extend yourself to make up for their irresponsibility. They want to cut costs? Make them cut expectations accordingly.
I actually feel worse for those that still have a job there than I do for myself.
Time to get rid of that loser Chris Todd. Who thought that man was a leader. Start over with new capable leaders. You had a good workforce that Todd and his minions have destroyed. Clean out that awful C Suite!!!!!
